In 1986, Summit founder Mark Stutrud set out to rediscover the traditional brewing methods behind the great handcrafted beers that once flowed throughout the Midwest. Ever since,they have been painstakingly brewing beer as stimulating, complex and rich in character as the people who share it.
In case you’re ever in Minnesota, you can visit Summits Tap Room and try some special beers. The Tap Room is open every Friday from 3pm – 8pm and they feature a food truck and a special beer on tap in addition to their full line-up of beers. They are located at 910 Montreal Circle, St. Paul, MN 55102. You can also tour the facility but a reservation is required.

Named after the Norse goddess Sága, drinking companion of the God Odin. With a divine tropical fruit hop aroma and clean, assertive bitterness.
