We are finally kicking off the Events page! This page will be dedicated to beer happenings and upcoming events around the US. We do realize our site is focused around craft beers we distribute in the Mid Kansas area, however we are hoping we have viewers from all across the United States. We are also thinking we may have viewers here in Kansas that may travel often, and we want to be able to give them information about events that may correspond to their travel plans. How great is it to know that there is a beer festival in the city you just happen to be vacationing in next week?! We will keep you as updated as possible and also try to focus on events close to Kansas.

The Centennial Beer Festival
St. Louis, MO
Basically as beer festivals go this one is pretty different. We do not aspire to serve thousands nor host the event outside during festival season, rather we host our event at the historic Schnaider Brewery Malt House and aspire to maintain a guest/brewery experience that is fun, informative and intimate. One of a handful of beer festivals held in St. Louis each year, the Centennial Beer Festival’s goals have not changed much. At the heart of it all, it is still about friends getting together to enjoy beer, food, music and of course each others’ company. Along the way enjoy the personalities and knowledge of those you will meet as they guide you from tasting to tasting.
Among those brewers attending we have Goose Island, Shock Top, Odell, Sierra Nevada, Abita, Deschutes, Green Flash, Tallgrass, and New Belgium.
HopScotch Beer & Scotch Festival in Seattle, WA
Fremont Studios turns swanky beverage lounge for 11th annual beer and Scotch festival. Hop Scotch Beer & Scotch Festival is the premier beer, Scotch, whiskey, and wine tasting experience benefiting Seattle International Film Festival (SIFF). On February 22 and 23, Fremont Studios transforms into a swanky beverage tasting lounge featuring over 80 libations to swirl, sniff and sip. The unique festival allows guests to exchange lingo one-on-one with beverage experts as they discover their sense of taste and channel their inner Mad Men-inspired style during the two-day event.
Among those brewers attending, we have Deschutes Brewery, Goose Island Beer Co., Green Flash Brewing, New Belgium, Shock Top, Sierra Nevada, Hoegaarden, and Stella Artois.
So to kick it off we present to you San Francisco Beer Week 2013!
San Francisco Beer Week is an embarrassment of riches for craft beer lovers, with 78 brewers from near and far participating in more than 400 events. The opening night features unlimited pours of the participating ales; bar takeovers and DIY workshops will keep the Foggy City shrouded in beer fog for nine days. And it’s not just about downing barley pop. In addition to sampling rare stouts, visitors can choose from hikes (with beer, of course), disc golf competition, and barbecues. For the overwhelming list of events, head to the official schedule.
Among those brewers attending we have Deschutes Brewery, Sierra Nevada and Goose Island representing. To anyone attending, we are officially jealous.
